Digg has hired Matt Williams to be its CEO -- but the former Amazon executive will inherit a fan base riled by a recent redesign. Experts say Williams can't afford to ignore that negativity and should look to his counterparts at Twitter and Facebook for clues on how to soothe the site's users. "Listen regularly for comments about your company, brand and products -- and be prepared to address concerns, offer customer service or thank people for praise," advises Twitter's best-practices outline.
