A chef finds inspiration at sea

Steve Johnson, chef and owner of the Rendezvous restaurant in Cambridge, Mass., uses fresh-caught fish and other local ingredients when cooking in the kitchen of his tiny houseboat. The sea and the simplicity of the setting provide inspiration for such dishes as bluefish served over rice with a spicy cucumber salad.
