Developer, anti-casino groups present case to Pennsylvania board

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board heard from pro-casino and anti-casino groups in a hearing over a proposed casino near the historic battlefield in Gettysburg, Pa. "Mason Dixon can empower the region and re-energize a struggling county by creating good jobs and new opportunities to attract tourists," developer David LeVan told the board in a video presentation. Meanwhile, anti-casino groups enlisted filmmaker Ken Burns to create a video opposed to the development.
