Kentucky chef uses old bourbon barrels to grow produce

Mark Williams, a chef in Louisville, Ky., has found a new use for discarded bourbon barrels, using them to grow vegetables, fruits and herbs for his restaurant. Williams estimates he saves between $50 to $100 per week by growing his own produce.
