Poll finds business owners are pessimistic -- but prepared

More than eight out of 10 small-business owners think the economy is headed for a double-dip recession, but almost as many -- about 75% -- say they are at least somewhat prepared for the worst. About 70% of respondents in the Citigroup survey said they have changed the way they do business because of the recession, such as cutting down on debt or putting growth plans on hold. About two-thirds said they consider the changes to be permanent.
