Exercise helps slow body's aging process, experts say

Exercise cannot stop the body's aging process but it can slow it down and help maintain joints and muscle fiber, fitness experts say. "Exercise, it turns out, is probably as powerful as any other kind of prevention strategy or treatment that has been assessed so far," physiologist Douglas Seals at the University of Colorado said.
