Hospital garden is part of plot to improve health

Vegetables from a garden at Glens Falls Hospital in New York go straight to the cafeteria, and staff who tend the plot say the goal is promoting healthier lifestyles. The hospital also has a farmers market and is planning a community-supported agriculture group as part of the state-funded Creating Healthy Places to Live, Work and Play initiative to get people to eat better and exercise more.
