Kelly is out as BNY Mellon CEO

Robert P. Kelly, chairman and chief executive at Bank of New York Mellon, quit under pressure in a dispute with the bank's board of directors over his management of the firm. Gerald L. Hassell, president of the New-York based company, will take Kelly's place. BNY Mellon said Kelly left by "mutual agreement" with the board.
