MobiTV files for IPO to raise $75 million

MobiTV has filed for an initial public offering with the target of raising $75 million for its service, which allows smartphone users to view live TV on their devices. The company's growth has been fueled in the past two years by quick consumer adoption of the iOS and Android phones that can take advantage of MobiTV. The service's costs, however, are high as it builds out its network.
