Nature walks are best for recharging the brain, experts say

Taking breaks from work or study can help recharge tired brains, but researchers say data show that enjoying Mother Nature during a walk outdoors is better than just grabbing a cup of coffee. Other research shows that some tired workers who push themselves to continue working can find additional cognitive resources that allow them to overcome the fatigue.
