New York's Fifth Avenue still commands world's highest retail rent

New York's Fifth Avenue remained the world's priciest shopping locale, with rents increasing by 21.6% to $2,250 per square foot, according to a Cushman & Wakefield survey of 278 retail locations in 63 countries. It was followed by Hong Kong's Causeway Bay, Japan's Ginza district and Sydney's Pitt Street Mall.
