United cuts flight schedules at Denver airport

United Airlines, which is in the midst of merging with Continental Airlines, is committed to Denver International Airport as a hub, airline spokeswoman Christen David says. "United still operates over 400 flights per day out of Denver, more than double any other carrier," David said. However, the carrier is trimming its monthly flight schedules in Denver.
