Ramps on Dallas interchange develop cracks within year of opening

Small fissures have developed in some of the longest ramp sections of Dallas' High Five interchange, forcing an unplanned makeover for parts of the project that opened only in the last year. The cracks in five of the project's nine ramps are being repaired with asphalt and transportation officials say they do not pose a safety hazard.
