Bluetooth becoming a driver's best passenger

Fueled by a raft of new state laws banning the use of cell phones while driving, a growing number of auto manufacturers are factory-installing hands-free Bluetooth technology in their vehicles. Top-of-the-line makers such as BMW and Lexus now are being joined by less luxurious models, including some versions of the Nissan Sentra, Ford Focus and Honda Civic.
