Carriers' woes spread throughout travel industry

As airlines sharply cut back on domestic flights in response to high fuel costs, airports, hotels, rental car companies and other travel-related businesses are feeling the pinch. "You can see this spilling over into the whole travel business," said Steve Joyce, CEO of Choice Hotels. "We are getting hit."
