Time to update labor laws to compete globally

It's time to revise the laws and remove the ban on employee involvement programs, says Ed Feulner, president of The Heritage Foundation. He sees such programs not as a replacement of unions but as a way to increase manager-employee interactions necessary for collaboration and team work. He also opposes the proposed Employee Free Choice Act because it would remove an employee's choice to join a union.
