Advocacy group files lawsuit over Dulles Toll Road in Virginia

A Virginia advocacy group has filed a lawsuit over the Dulles Toll Road, alleging drivers are illegally charged tolls to back bonds for a Dulles Metrorail project. According to the Dulles Corridor Users Group, the state cannot collect tolls on a project once bonds have been issued. The Dulles airport authority recently sold $900 million worth of bonds, and the lawsuit asks for a $200 million refund in tolls.
