Dominion Energy starts construction of cooling towers

Two cooling towers under construction by Dominion Energy in Somerset, Mass., will reduce the environmental impact of heated water discharged into Mount Hope Bay. Construction on the towers, which are the first to be built in the U.S. in 15 years, began in May. Dominion Energy is expected to take three years to complete the $600 million project.
