Boeing won't finance Dreamliners set for delivery in 2011

Boeing said it does not plan to finance 787 Dreamliners scheduled for delivery next year, despite a 30-month delay, because officials think lenders and export-credit agencies are enthusiastic about the craft. There is some credence to that, said Gerry Laderman, senior vice president of finance at Continental Airlines, because the 787 has created and retains "a buzz" among financiers.
