Chicago garden from World War II era is blooming again

The former home of a Chicago victory garden for World War II is blossoming again as an urban garden with plants and vegetables. The Peterson Garden Project is behind the redevelopment and has attracted about 400 area residents to work on the garden that promotes sustainable living.
