Etsy to let buyers keep histories private

Online art and crafts selling site Etsy will now allow buyers to keep their purchasing histories private, a change that's creating concern among sellers. The move is likely to make it much tougher to differentiate truly unsatisfied buyers from chronic cranks who complain publicly about each product they buy, sellers say.
