Lack of sleep takes toll on teen diets

Teens who get insufficient amounts of sleep are more likely to snack on fatty and high-calorie foods, according to a new study. In the study, 18% of teens were obese, and they were less likely than average-weight teens to get eight hours of sleep a night.
