New York schools inaugurate 30 new buildings this year

New York City's School Construction Authority unveiled about 30 new buildings this year as part of a $13 billion school capital plan to reduce classroom overcrowding. The construction includes the nine-acre Mott Haven Educational Campus, a $250 million project that includes buildings for five different schools, a 600-seat performing arts center and a football field.
