Whole Foods survey shows "sea change" in food shopping

In a Whole Foods survey, 27% of adults say 25% or more of their food purchases are organic, up from 20% a year earlier. Whole Foods, which is celebrating 30 years this month, also found that four-fifths of baby boomers are more concerned with what they eat than they were in 1980.
