But before taking the mobile plunge, businesses should develop a strategy, according to Geoff Galat of Tealeaf. "A strategy will keep you from rushing with things that aren't enough, or are way too much," he said. Rather than duplicating the content of your company's website, focus on offering the most important features of it on mobile sites and apps, he advises.
