FHFA plans to sue big banks over mortgage bonds' losses

The Federal Housing Finance Agency, which regulates Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, is preparing to sue some major banks to recover losses from mortgage bonds, sources said. The FHFA has already filed a lawsuit against UBS, and Edward J. DeMarco, acting director of the agency, said there are "more to come."
