New York businesses press for quick hurricane-relief aid

After Hurricane Irene devastated small businesses in New York, Rep. Steve Israel is urging the federal government to expedite small-business loans. Many businesses in Rep. Israel's district on Long Island were damaged by the water and winds of the storm. Statewide, damage is estimated at $1 billion. The Small Business Administration offers many low-interest disaster loans that can help.
