S.C. college has four-year program for students with special needs

The Realizing Educational and Career Hopes -- or REACH -- program at the College of Charleston in South Carolina offers a four-year college experience for students with intellectual disabilities. The program offers students internships during their junior and senior years and provides mentoring, tutoring and other extra support for participants. "I am very blessed to have this opportunity and I feel like I am a traditional student flaws and all," sophomore Brian Porterfield said.
