Lean building required teamwork, BIM at Seattle stadium

Construction team members used lean methods when renovating Husky Stadium in Seattle that includes a 30,000-square-foot clinic under the stands. The team needed to find an alternative to metal-framed bracing to link the interior walls to the structure above, and building information modeling was one of the tools that helped the team solve the problem.
