Uninsured rate is higher for adults than children, census data show

The Census Bureau's 2011 health insurance coverage estimates show that the county-level median uninsured rate for working-age adults was 21.5%, compared with 7.7% for children. The data also show that males were more likely to be uninsured than females in almost all states.
