Why stress at work isn't always a bad thing

If you want to be happier at work, you need to change your outlook on stress, author Shawn Achor says. For example, when working overtime, think about the extra money it might help you earn. "Stress becomes debilitating only when we forget the meaning of why we're doing what we're doing," he says. "Once you reconnect that meaning, then you're rechanneling your emotional response."
