Work could begin as soon as December on component of Iowa waste-to-fuel project

Construction on Fiberight's solid-waste recycling facility in Marion, Iowa, which is part of a waste-to-fuel initiative, could start before the end of the year, the company said. Meanwhile, work is ongoing in Blairstown to retrofit a corn-ethanol plant for cellulosic production, and the facility could start producing cellulosic ethanol next summer.
