Nielsen: Online targeting narrows due to broader tracking

Nielsen's Online Campaign Ratings Benchmarks suggest digital marketers are narrowing targets and, as a result, fewer campaigns are reaching their intended audience. However, the data are more indicative of the types of campaigns now tracked by the OCR ratings than a shift in marketer behavior.
