PCI president lobbies conventions for NFIP reauthorization

David Sampson, president of PCI and a former deputy Commerce Secretary under President George W. Bush, has been on a mission at the Democratic and Republican national conventions. He is advocating for Congress to pass legislation reauthorizing the National Flood Insurance Program, set to expire at the end of this month. "The House has passed a bill, the Senate has passed a bill," he said. Now they have to reconcile them.
