The split up of IAC/InterActiveCorp into five entities has yielded less than stellar market performance, indicating skepticism in Barry Diller's management, according to this article. Before Ticketmaster, Tree.com, HSN and Interval Leisure were split off, IAC shares had closed at $17.60; the combined value-per-share of the five companies now is about $18.53.
