Nice guys don't always win, but if you're one of the nonjerks, you can learn to be more aggressive while still being likable and snagging that corner office, according to the authors of "How Nice Guys Can Get The Corner Office: Eight Strategies for Winning in Business without Being a Jerk." The authors' findings are based on interviews with 350 executives.
