Employers are paying smaller share of worker health care premiums

Employers are shifting more health care costs to their workers, according to a survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation and the Health Research & Educational Trust. Workers are spending about 14% more for employer-sponsored family health insurance premiums, the survey showed, and the amount contributed by employers fell by 0.9%
