World War II flight instructor recalls training pilots

Ken Woodward, 91, recalls his days as training fighter pilots during World War II for the U.S. Army Air Corps. "They learned how to fly instruments, formation flying, acrobatics and gunnery," he said. Woodward instructed classes of about six pilots for two months during his tenure as a flight instructor.
