Callebaut facility begins cocoa production in Indonesia

Barry Callebaut has opened a cocoa production facility in Indonesia in a joint venture with P.T. Comextra Indonesia. "It is expected that Asian demand for cocoa powder products will grow by 5-9% annually in the coming years; chocolate volume growth is expected to increase by 4-6% in the same period," said the company.
