Hotels are buying more and more into mobile, survey says

Mobile application usage in the hotel industry slipped a bit over the past year, but mobile websites became even more popular, rising from 60% of hotels worldwide to 76%, according to a Hospitality Technology survey. Among apps, the most common service offered was the ability to make reservations, followed by non-GPS property searches and customer feedback. Seven out of 10 survey participants said they expect to utilize mobile apps, despite the slight drop.
