Karo replaces Cohen atop OMD, making room for Habeck at PHD

PHD's U.S. chief executive, Monica Karo, has been named the U.S. CEO of Omnicom's larger media shop OMD, and Robert Habeck, executive director of global accounts for Omnicom Media Group, is replacing Karo atop PHD. The moves were precipitated by the departure of Alan Cohen, formerly U.S. head of OMD, who is starting his own media agency.
