KFC turns popular Japanese soup into fritters

KFC's latest move to localize its menu in Japan involves turning corn potage soup, the latest hot trend among the country's foodies, into a deep-fried soup nugget, the company said. The fritters will go on sale Thursday for a limited time but aren't slated for release in the U.S.
