Physical education struggles to find place in schools

Numerous reports have detailed the need for better physical education in U.S. schools, but shrinking budgets and pressure to boost standardized tests scores have prevented many schools from adding more PE classes. The National Association for Sport and Physical Education recommends 30 minutes of physical education per day.
