As developing companies get richer, milk prices increase

The value of New Zealand dairy farms and the income earned by their owners has been boosted by an increased global demand for milk. Milk prices have doubled over the last two years worldwide, in large part because of strong emerging economies in India, China, the Middle East and Latin America.
