Nestle to acquire Swiss bottler Henniez

Nestle continues to expand its bottled water business, which comprises about 10% of the company's total revenue, with its purchase of Swiss bottler Henniez for $128.3 million. Nestle first will purchase a 62% share of Sources Minerales Henniez from Switzerland's Rouge family and then will make a public tender offer for the rest of the listed shares, the company said.
