Contractors work as subcontractors to get stimulus money

There are billions of stimulus dollars still floating around out there, but entrepreneurs who do not already have experience in government contracting are unlikely to cash in. There is a way to get a foot in the door: subcontracting. It lets entrepreneurs share the wealth without many of the hassles, and there are Web sites devoted to matching small business with prime contractors.
