More U.S. employers lure retirees back for their expertise

As Baby Boomers reach retirement age, more U.S. employers are finding ways to keep them on the job to avoid losing their skills and expert knowledge. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that over the past decade, the number of workers 65 or older has increased 60%, to 6.5 million. That number is expected to be 11 million by 2018.
