Nokia teams with Disney, DreamWorks to boost apps

As Nokia reveals new Lumia hardware today, the smartphone maker will also be looking to address its software gap by enlisting Disney and DreamWorks Animation to create mobile applications based on popular characters and performers. "I'm a believer that over a certain quantity it really doesn’t matter. We have partners that are creating unique apps for us, and I think Windows Phone 8 will really take that to the next level," said Nokia's Marco Argenti, referring to the new Microsoft operating system.
