A daily egg can be part of healthy diet, RD says

Registered dietitian Sara German writes that it is time for nutritionists to look at eggs differently because new study data show that, for most people, eating one each day may not raise the risk of heart disease. She points out that eggs are inexpensive, offer 6 grams of protein and have only 70 calories, but like anything in a healthy diet, they should be eaten in moderation.
