Finding the art in coffee, one cup at a time

Cleveland is seeing a rise in shops that offer hand-crafted coffee created using methods that include pour-over cones, aeropress and vacuum pot. John Johnson, coffee director at Rising Star Coffee Roasters, said the pour-over method creates "a sweet, smooth and well-balanced cup of coffee. There’s no need for milk or sugar."
